Pricing 

Pricing depends on a variety of factors and no project is alike. Here are some guidelines:

• We always hold a no-cost discovery sessions to fully understand the need and the goal. ​

• Pricing can be calculated hourly or based on the project, and we provide estimates up-front. 

• Recruiting agreements range between 15%-20% depending on role and proficiency. We offer a 90 day placement guarantee.​

• For fractional services, we typically operate by agreeing on the specific activities and a minimum number of hours monthly, which can be adjusted as we go.

• We try to avoid fixed-term contracts because business needs can change monthly and we pride ourselves in trying to be as efficient and flexible as possible. Some projects however involve up-front development which may be more economical for business owners over a longer period i.e.. developing an automated onboarding process for their business.   ​​
